Mattress Care & Product Quality & Warranty Question Answer

1. I saw from TV that some mattresses contain fiberglass. Does my Anmiz mattress contain fiberglass, and should I be worried about that?

Anmiz mattresses are manufactured to high standards and provide unparalleled comfort. The CertiPUR-US certified memory foam does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde, mercury and other heavy metals. Our purple mattress full size is healthy and environmentally friendly, ensuring that you and your family have no worries sleep.

2. How do I protect my mattress?

For the most breathable, easy protection, we recommend using Mattress Protectors. Purchasing a protector will allow your investment to last the longest possible time. Putting a fitted sheet on top of your mattress will keep it clean if you aren’t interested in the protector, but it won’t prevent spills or leaks from seeping into the foam.

Accidents happen. If you need to clean your mattress, we ask that you do not remove the cover. Spot clean any stains with a mild detergent, and then allow it to air dry completely before putting your bedding back on! Be careful to not saturate the stain with too much detergent, as the foam will soak that up!

3. How can I clean my mattress?

A: If you need to clean your Anmiz mattress or cover, we suggest spot-cleaning affected areas with water and mild detergent. Be careful not to saturate the mattress with too much water and/or detergent, as the foam in the mattress core will soak up water and detergent. Allow the treated area to air dry completely before putting your sheets and bedding back on. Do not remove the mattress cover to clean it or the mattress or for any other reason. For an easier method of keeping your mattress clean, we recommend the use of a stain and water-resistant mattress protector, which may be removed and cleaned as needed.

4. If my product arrived defective or damaged, what should I do?

We will also do our best to quality check before sending out. However if the product arrived defective, you can start a product quality claim, reach out to our Customer Experience team at support@anmiz.com or chat with us on our homepage.The customer service will ask for your order information and about the issue you're experiencing with your product. To speed up your claim, please be sure to have a few photos of the issue on hand!

5. What is the warrantly for Anmiz mattresses?

We have a professional production R&D and customer service team. Ensure that you can buy the best quality and most cost-effective hybrid mattress full with the best shopping experience. ANMIZ bed full size mattress have a 10-year warranty and a 30-day refund policy. If there is any dissatisfaction, please feel free to contact us.

6. Why do Anmiz mattress covers have a zipper if I am not supposed to remove the mattress cover?

Zippers are included on mattress covers only as part of the manufacturing process and are not intended to be unzipped. If your mattress contains a zipper, DO NOT unzip the mattress cover. If you need to clean your mattress cover, please follow the instructions under the “How can I clean my mattress” section above.

7. What mattress foundation should I use?

The Anmiz Mattress needs a strong and sturdy base! This can be a platform, box foundation, or an adjustable bed frame. Keep in mind all slats should be 3" or less apart for the best support.

Avoid springs in your foundation to prevent a sagging mattress. If you're looking for a strong base with awesome storage options, look no further!

8. Once I take my mattress out of the box, how long does it take to expand?

Once you take your mattress out of the box, let the mattress unroll in the plastic wrap. Once it’s laying flat, you can remove the plastic wrap and the mattress will be ready for bedtime! Please allow 48-72 hours for the queen bed mattress to fully expand.

9. How do I track my order?

A:Your order is expected to arrive within 3-9 business days with carriers, once a product has shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

10. What is the mattress return policy?

You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your mattress for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the pillow must be clean, undamaged, and have the law tag attached.
