We hope you love your Anmiz products. But if you insist on returning, we make returns as simple as possible.

A Gentle Reminder

Remember, it can take the body at least 30 days to adjust to a new mattress.
When you’re used to sleeping on another mattress, it can take some time for your body to completely adjust to the superior support from your new Anmiz mattress. We highly recommend you sleep on it for at least 30 nights to let your body adjust. After that, if you’re still not sleeping well, we’ll help with an exchange or return.

How to return the product？

Make sure that you really want to return Anmiz product
Print shipping label

Contact us and get a prepaid shipping label, print the label
Prepare your package

Attach the return label to the outside of the box. If you don't have the original packaging, any sturdy box will do.
Ship it at no cost

Drop your return package off at any UPS location. Sit back and relax.
